The VideoLAN MiniServer (vlms) is a streaming server that works with the
VideoLAN Client. It can read MPEG or MPEG2 streams (from a DVD, a file, or an
encoding card) and send them through the network to a remote host or to a
broadcast/multicast IP address. It has no scripting support but can easily be
integrated into shell scripts.
