Improved dynamic sun colors. Updated to World Magnetic Model 2005. A method to return the number of listeners attached to a property node. Miscellaneous updates to improve compiler/platform compatibility. A bug where deleted property nodes were falsely referenced was fixed. A texture cache has been added so that common textures are shared among models and don't consume separate texture memory.

Support was added for OpenAL 1.1, volumetric
shadows, 3D volumetric clouds, seasonal textures,
and rendering to a texture. The Nasal scripting
system was updated, fixing many bugs. Cockpit bugs
were fixed. A portable stdint header was added.
Memory leaks were fixed. Platform fixes were made
for Cygwin, Solaris, and Mac OS X.
Compiler-related fixes were made for MSVC and GNU
C 3.4.x.

A sanity check for openal was added. pthreads
support for FreeBSD was improved. The abstraction
was improved in header files. Extensions to
debugging have been provided. A zero delay bug in
event manager was fixed. GCC 4 compatibility,
Solaris compatibility, and load/save property
trees were fixed. A CPU binding for threads has
been added. Handling of blending and textures was
improved.
