setext or multisetext. It builds a table of
contents and is particularly geared towards
versions of LaTeX that generate direct to PDF.

Improved handling of include-tt and bullet-tt, and better LaTeX output. The only clearly unsupported feature is multilevel include-tt and bullet-tt within include-tt.
The parser was rewritten, and is now saner. The handling of setext constructs
was improved. Quotes are now properly handled in LaTeX output for most common
cases.
