The player's name is no longer requested if they didn't score any points. The game should no longer respond to mouse clicks when paused. The "Last Ball!" text is now only displayed after losing a life and not when a new level starts. The game can now also be paused by pressing "P". The source code was ported to work with Qt Embedded.
