PDFpirate is an online PDF document processor describing itself as a "one stop shop for all your PDF needs". It aims to become a combination of different tools and plugins that will allow anyone to do anything with their PDFs, including converting them to different formats, removing restrictions, editing, etc.

The license was change to AGPL. A configuration file was introduced. A quota mechanism was added to control the number of files in the storage/ folder. The user language detection mechanism was improved.

A new plugin has been added for converting Web pages to PDF. An API was added to communicate with the plugins for converting Web pages to PDF and for removing restrictions. A new string translation system has been designed especially for PDFpirate.
