netPanzer

Moving the camera to a defined group is supported
by pressing the group key twice. The server shuts
itself down instead of staying in an endless loop.
The -c command now handles netpanzer:// URLs. Some
additional information is sent out by the server
to help server browsers. This version includes
cached palettes, so the first start-up should be
faster. The code finally works on the Mac and
probably other big-endian boxes.
