This release fixes some nasty bugs (such as a desync on some nick collisions), and features minor bugfixes and documentation updates. WALLVOICES (write all voiced and ops on a channel) and banning by cservice username were also added.
This version fixes a bug where a user connected to the IRC server can cause it to crash, and improves the net riding protection by kicking users who net ride into +i/+k channels.
