專案描述

Crafty Syntax Live Help is a live help support
chat system that allows the operators of Web
sites to monitor their visitors as they are
browsing the site and proactively open a chat
session with them. It can use either a MySQL
database or a text-based database and features
chat notification, notifications when the user
is typing a message, multiple chat sessions,
referer tracking, page view tracking, and
multiple operators.

Minor cross site scripting vulnerabilties were
fixed in livehelp.php, user_questions.php,
lostsheep.php, and leavemessage.php. Scrolling was
added to the department choice page. The ability
to rename a visitor IP addreses from the
administrative interface was added. When listing
transcripts, it now defaults to showing all
departments unless the user looking at the
transcripts does not have access to all
transcripts. The online documentation was updated.

Some missing files were added for the JavaScript
that controls the floating menus in the user
chats. A problem where auto-invite based on
visits was inviting regardless of the number of
pages visited was corrected. Refresh and Clear
options were added to the floating navigation.
The chat frame was made bigger in the admin side
and 'no break' was added for the usernames in
the tabs.
