ctk-cgi-chkurl is a Perl script which parse remote HTML documents, checks links and images, and prints nice-looking reports thanks to templates.

Destiney Scripts Links is a script for a dynamically-generated links
site. It counts referrers in and out for listed sites and provides site
categorization to infinite levels deep.

MUMSAI is a Web application designed to manage and
authenticate users from multiple Web sites. It
features site and user management, Web links
management, automatic link exchange checking,
download management, and RSS email.

Yngvi allows Apache Webmasters to determine filesystem locations that are accessible through the server--including those which have not been explicitly published. It's good for finding inadvertent exposures or unintended configuration inheritances.

phpLinkValidator will validate links in the HTML document you specify and optionally also all related files. It is very easy to use.

trackYahooPaidSearchHits.cgi lets you see which of your Yahoo Search
Marketing (Overture) keywords are resulting in hits. It examines an
Apache Web server log and displays hits generated by clicks on Yahoo
Search Marketing ads. Each hit from a Yahoo search ad will be displayed
in a row with these columns: Time, IP Address, Ad Type, Source of Hit,
Search Keywords. Ad types will be A (Advanced Match), S (Standard
Match), or C (Content Match). The Yahoo Search Marketing Easy Track
feature needs to be turned on in order to track the search keywords and
see the ad type.

cOOol is a standalone script that scans a list of
OpenOffice.org documents for broken hyperlinks.
Most types of links are supported, including
internal ones. It is very useful for keeping your
documents up to date.

OpenWebSpider is a multi-threaded Web spider (also
known as a robot or crawler) and search engine
with a lot of interesting features.

Uptime periodically requests a page from your
Web server. If the site is unreachable, it sends
you an email, followed by another when it
becomes reachable again.

LogiMonitor plays back tests recorded with
LogiTest at specified intervals.

Dead Link Check (DLC) is a Perl script designed to find information on validity of HTTP references. The script may use/generate a cache file for avoiding redoing network requests if the user wants to check added entries. The script works by reading entries from a file (or a list of links from the command line) and output results in file(s) (or STDOUT). DLC was created as an extension to Public Bookmark Generator (PBM), but can be used on its own.

gHTTrack is a Linux frontend for Xavier Roche's HTTrack Website Copier for reading Web pages offline and mirroring Web sites.

phoneutria is a Web crawler that is multi-threaded, scalable, high performance, extensible, and polite. It can be used to crawl, index, load-test, or even download any Web or enterprise domain and is configurable through a XML configuration file. Phoneutria can be used for either checking the links of a Web site or for load-testing purposes (i.e. the level of politeness can be configured). It provides a plug-in mechanism for further extensions.
