font related fault at file transfer
It may be a bug in Tera Term, it may be a bug in serial driver.
I tried HHD Virtual Serial Port5.01.00.0973 Free Version. It seemed to be working fine on my PC and Tera Term 4.106.
I tried a bunch of other virtual serial drivers - and only the combination with the mentioned one was able to cause the problem.
If you don't have problems with other combinations, there may be the problem with that driver.
Do you have problems with other programs that use serial?

I was using TT 4.94 and also 4.106 for finding a fault when executing. the serial port connection was: eterlogic virtual com port 64bits 1.1.5.458 i used two distinct port names with the port speed simulation on. for each of the two tera term windows i selected a speed of 110 baud on both software ends. when sending an ascii text file (tested two different files) i found a dialog about a crash in the area of dialogs and fonts. the error happens repeatedly all the time to me.
