文字化けすることがあったので修正

- vtwin.cpp 文字情報ポップアップの表示/消去の改善
- buffer.c 文字情報生成時にクラッシュすることがあったので修正
- asprintf()系を作成(今のところbuffer.c内)
- 文字選択表示を可能にした(クリップボードへのペーストは未実装)
