In this release, the bug that hyperlinks did not respond when 'Show attached files first on message view' option was set was fixed.
On installation on Windows 7, mailto and .eml association are automatically set.
Some compilation fixes were made.

Windows 7でインストール時に mailto リンクと拡張子 eml に自動で関連付けを行うようになりました。
一部環境でコンパイルできない問題が修正されました。
