Support was added for handling Ctrl+Alt+Backspace as a shutdown signal. Command line options to enable/disable each of the two key combos that cause the server to shutdown were added. The -ansi build flag was disabled, which causes the 'hypot' function to be correctly prototyped and thus fixes some crashes. A namespace conflict in xc/lib/font/Type1/regions.c was fixed by renaming 'infinity' to '_infinity'.
The XFree86 project's stable X server and standard X clients have now been ported to the Cygwin environment. Cygwin provides a UNIX-like API on top of the Win32 API. Cygwin/XFree86 runs on Windows 95 and later.
