phpQLAdmin

Hard-coded attributes have been removed. This release has more/better logging of missing mhash(), better sorting of attributes, improved schema checking, and allows for 'generate [UG]idNumber' in templates. It will only add the '...-catchall@...' mail alias if it's a QmailGroup object. 'add domain to QLC objects' when adding a new branch has been fixed. Tthe mailHost addition when adding a user/mail account has been fixed. The addition of PTR records in the BIND 9 manager has been simplified.

Bugfixes were made regarding replication and modification of locals and rcptHosts, and for adding or modifying additional domain names for a domain or branch. Autogeneration of passwords and the handling of additional (system) groups to which a user belongs are now more stable. Support was added for creating of a Samba account (using the sambaSamAccount objectclass distributed with Samba). Support for some missing QmailLDAP/Controls attributes was added. API changes and rewrites were done, so (better) caching is now supported. Sub-zones are supported in the Bind9 manager.

Lots of Bind9 manager fixes (now supports AFSDB
and round-robin pointers). Spelling errors in the
use of some defines which led to broken user login
and creation were fixed. The always-broken session
handling was fixed. Some hardcoded attributes were
replaced with corresponding (already existent)
defines.

This release correctly creates a Kerberos V hash for userPassword. Session handling was completely rewritte and many Bind9 manager fixes were made. Some forwarder account problems were corrected. Additional LDAP statistics were provided. The 'Access Control Information' button is no longer shown if the user isn't super-admin, and 'QmailLDAP/Controls Options' is now hidden from the domain details if the user isn't allowed to administrate controls.

Session handling was revised to eliminate
hardcoded paths in PHP files. Mail forwarding
account rewrites and fixes. A "Force no local
delivery" checkbox when creating a mail forwarding
address was added. The way users are listed in the
left frame was rewritten. Administration may now
be done for mailinglists located on a server other
than the one where phpQLAdmin is running. This
requred some schema additions. Native support for
Kerberos V was added, using the php4-kadm5 module.
A slight API cleanup was done. A slight rewrite
was done in the user addition system. Multiple
common names for a user in the user details
page(s) are now supported.
